The HOA management company is your point of contact for questions and concerns about the community. You may be required to leave a message at times, but you WILL receive a return call or email. Chaparral responds to ALL messages. Verify you are calling the correct management company with the correct phone number, as some residents have called the wrong management company. All calls to Chaparral are recorded. New residents also receive a welcome letter upon moving into the subdivision.
Please call the Police as soon as possible regarding illegal activity. While the HOA is interested to know of security concerns in the community, the HOA does not have law enforcement authority.

For maintenance emergencies such as a water leak, please call Chaparral Management Company. They maintain an "Emergency On-Call" system to respond to the needs of the residents in the community in the event of any emergency. An emergency is defined as "a threat to property or a threat to life". If you should have an emergency when the office of Chaparral is closed, please call the regular office number, 281-537-0957, and follow the emergency instructions on the voice mail system. Your call will be immediately returned within 30 minutes of receipt. The Emergency On-Call system is available 24/7/365.
